* Move MapManager queries to SharedMapSystem
Moves all variants of FindGridsIntersecting/TryFindGridAt to SharedMapSystem
Hollows out the MapManager methods and converts them into relays to SharedMapSystem
* Move CreateGrid to SharedMapSystem
Moves the functionality for CreateGrid and its variants to SharedMapSystem
Hollows out the MapManager methods and converts them into relays for the SharedMapSystem methods
Obsoletes them too
Also moves over the GetAllMapGrids and GetAllGrids methods
* Move RaiseOnTileChanged to SharedMapSystem
Also moves the SuppressOnTileChanged flag member to SharedMapSystem
Hollows out and obsoletes the MapManager versions
* Move default value constants to SharedMapSystem
* Converts map pausing events into LocalizedEntityCommands
* Move MapManager related delegates/structs to SharedMapSystem
Moves the GridCreationOptions struct to the same namespace as SharedMapSystem and converts it into a record struct
Move the GridCallback delegates to the same namespace as SharedMapSystem
* Move CullDeletionHistory to SharedMapSystem
Well, that was less painful than I thought it would be
* Actually obsolete the NetworkedMapManager method
* Rename file
* Doc comments for new SharedMapSystem methods
* Doc comment
* Doc comments
* Fix access
* Purge all references to IMapManagerInternal
* Cull easy IMapManager references
* The rest
* Purge IMapManager
* Private internal FindGridsIntersecting method

* [Dependency] source generator
No more reflection, no more codegen at runtime
Also various changes to Roslyn helpers to make this easier to write.
Requires all types with dependencies to be partial and not have readonly dependency fields. An analyzer enforces this at warning level, the previous injection strategies have remained in the code *for now* as a fallback.
No fallback is available for [field: Dependency] properties, due to a Roslyn bug.
Code Fixes exist. We love Roslyn
* Apply dependencies generator changes to all code
* Release notes
* Preprocessor got hands
* Handle nullable dependencies
These are bad but gotta deal with it.
* Apply suggestions from code review

* Make EntitySystemManager.DependencyCollection inject EntityQuery
* Make BUIs inject systems and entity queries
* Fix import
* We parallelize those
* RIDER I BEG YOU
* Mocked unit tests are my passion
* Perhaps we do not care about fractional milliseconds
* Forgor to make it debug only
* Use Parallel.For instead of ForEach
* Rider I am going to become the joker
* Fix EntMan resolve
* Now with lazy resolve technology
* Use GetOrAdd
* modify light attenuation function
* support for changing attenuation curve type + lots of docs
* this is what i defaulted to typing in a prototype, so i guess it should just be this instead
* Allow a continuous range of values between inverse and inversequadratic rather than two set curves
* calc is slang for calculator
* fix
* oops committed it at 1 while testing i think, values are balanced for 0
* Replace PhysicsMapComponent
- Dumb idea
- Lots of book-keeping and perf overhead.
- Much saner this way.
* stuff
* More work

* Entity spawn prediction v1
Client can't properly interact with this but that requires additional work on top so we can cleanly split this.
* This
* delete fix
* cats
* Add UpdateVisibilityMask method
We tipped over to the point of systems stepping on each other's toes. Now we do the normal thing and just use the eventbus and it makes content a whole lot cleaner.
* Update resolve
* Update name in line with normal.
* Unserialize this
* weh
* Add InterfaceData constructor
Add InterfaceData constructor to allow for dynamic UI assignment via
SharedUiSystem::setUi
* empty commit because of heisentest
* BUI helpers
- Some virtual methods for BUI to make it slightly easier. Haven't though of a good way to do it via sourcegen yet.
- TryGetUiState which is occasionally useful.
* Also this one
* V1 commit
* V2 Commit, ObjectSerializer
* Make sure write for objects have the !type:<T> set
* Added AppearanceDataInit
* Change to AppearanceDataInit setting to AppearanceData the moment it itself gets set; ComponentInit is too late. Forgive me sloth.
* RELEASE-NOTES.md
* Fix release notes
* Fix release-notes for realsies
* Add window helper for BUIs
Automatically does OnClose and just makes content slightly nicer.
* more
* Add prototype reload helper
* Add Box2i Center
* weh
* Add MapSystem.GetMapOrInvalid
This is effectively the same exact behavior as IMapManager.GetMapEntityId. Adding this so I don't have to consider whether warning fixes using MapSystem.GetMap() instead would change behavior.
* Warning fixes around IMapManager.GetMapEntityId
* Fix tests
* Warning fixes in Robust.Shared
* Robust.Client warning fixes
* Fix test failure
Test failures were due to broken system registrations for the client RobustUnitTest. It was accidentally registering some server systems, which means DebugPhysicsSystem wasn't gettings its dependencies properly.
Fixing this meant pulling half a dozen extra dependencies that client ContainerSystem and TransformSystem are supposed to have, but didn't.
* Make PvsSystem consider offset and zoom from EyeComponent
* Just use PvsScale float
* float.IsFinite
