Adds ara/ directory with the full Agent-Native Research Artifact for the nanobot system.

  • 19-node exploration tree with 6 dead ends (Yandex Station, resolv.conf, SS14 cache)
  • Heartbeat architecture documented
  • Three-layer memory hierarchy documented
  • Seal Level 1 validated (145+ checks)
