Adds ara/ directory with the SS14 CI/CD Agent-Native Research Artifact.

  • 11-node exploration tree with 4 dead ends
  • Mixed-architecture runner cache corruption documented (arm64+x86 → silent wrong-arch builds)
  • DNS failure modes in bridge-network runners
  • External VPS runner Node.js corruption
  • OOM cascade on OrbStack documented
  • Seal Level 1 validated
