Summary: Added a couple of build scripts for Jenkins so it's easier for devs to fuck with the build process.
Test Plan:
Tested locally on the same box that Jenkins will run the job on.
* Open CMD.exe
* Run ```Buildscripts\jenkins-build.bat```
* Pray
