# License Agreement for `ss14-wl`
|

This License Agreement governs the use of the contents of the repository `/corvax-team/ss14-wl`, which includes both open-source components licensed under the MIT License and GNU Affero GPL v3 License that are owned and controlled by `/corvax-team`. By accessing, modifying, or contributing to this repository, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

## 1. Open Source Components - MIT License
|
|

Some parts of this repository are released under the terms of the [MIT License](https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT). These components include, but are not limited to:

## 3. Contributions and Licensing Terms

### 3.1 Contributor License Agreement (CLA):

By contributing to this repository (via pull request or other means), you agree to the terms outlined in the **Contributor License Agreement (CLA)**, which is found in the file `CLA.md`. The CLA governs the terms under which you grant licenses to your contributions.

|
|
- **MIT Contributions**: If your contribution modifies or extends parts of the repository that are licensed under the MIT License, your contribution will subject the GNU Affero GPL v3 License.
|
|
- **GNU Affero GPL v3 Contributions**: If your contribution modifies or extends AGPLv3 components, you agree to grant `/corvax-team` the right to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works from, publicly display, and distribute your contribution as part of the project, without any need for further approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, `/corvax-team` shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the contents of this repository.

### 5.2 Warranty Disclaimer:

|
All componets, code, materials are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. `/corvax-team` specifically disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The components are provided under the same "AS IS".

## 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
|
|
|
|
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation. Any disputes arising out of or related to this License Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Russian Federation.

|
|
|
By accessing, contributing to, or otherwise using this repository, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the contents of this repository.
