- Set ROBUST_CDN_URL to https://cdn.wylab.me/ for remote runner access
- Add cache server availability probing to prevent 502 errors
- Update publish script to respect ROBUST_CDN_URL environment variable
- Fix Docker trigger dispatch API endpoint format
