Rob Nelson 0fdea44c50 Build order fixes ...

Summary:
 * Calculated buildorder instead of relying on Glob. (Going to eventually merge this into Prebuild itself)
 * Add vs2012, vs2013, nant prebuild scripts.
 * Updated prebuild with VS2013 support.

Test Plan:
 * Prebuild for nant
 * Run nant
 * Working build on Lunix sans all the Windows shit breaking
