* Initial content system rework.

* Renamed old ResourceManager to ResourceCache.

* ResourceCache works.

* Enhanced assembly loading.
Calling LoadAssembly on the ReflectionManager breaks prototypes?

* Fixed bug with Prototypes getting erased.

* Basic namespace whitelist.

* Directory Mounting to the VFS.
