volundr bf9e950ade Fixed some build issues, added HitboxComponent, fixed collision bugs

Summary:
* Cleaned up straggling csproj files
* fixed clean.cmd to actually nuke the Bin dir
* Fixed x86 configs on all prebuild.xml files
* Added HitboxComponent
* Fixed bug in collision where it would not properly move the AABB forward when testing it for collision
* Added hitbox for player mobs

Test Plan: Load game, connect to server, attempt to get stuck in table.

LogHolder.cs

Message profiler now has filters. It is now threaded so it will receive messages without lagging the client.
