Pieter-Jan Briers 424759c9dd Refactor MSBuild spaghetti, new configurations. 
There is now a "DebugOpt" and "Tools" build configuration available, as discussed on the last maintainer meeting.

Project files and MSBuild stuff has been somewhat cleaned up.
