Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By contributing to the /corvax-team/ss14-wl repository, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Legal Rights:
    You certify that you have the legal right to submit this contribution and that you are either the original author of the contribution or have obtained the necessary rights to submit it.

  2. Ownership of Contribution:
    You agree that any contributions you make to this repository (such as code, documentation, or other materials) are submitted voluntarily and that you will not retain any rights to claim compensation or ownership over the repository itself or its direction.

  3. License Grant:
    By submitting a contribution, you grant /corvax-team a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, sublicense, and incorporate your contribution into the project under the terms of the project's license.   4. Copyright:

  5. No Warranty:
    You provide your contribution "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.

  6. No Compensation:
    You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation for your contribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the repository maintainers.

  7. Compliance with Project Guidelines:
    You agree to follow the repository's guidelines for contributing, including code style, testing requirements, and any review processes that may be in place. Contributions that do not meet these guidelines may not be accepted.

  8. Automatic Agreement:
    By submitting a pull request or any other form of contribution to the /corvax-team/ss14-wl repository, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined in this Contributor License Agreement (CLA).
